KrissiK
If you were planning a 6th birthday party for your daughter, and you're not a family that does bd parties every year (but she's been begging) approximately how long would you plan it for? This will be an old-fashioned bd party - as in no bounce houses, face painting, pony rides. It'll be a butterfly party with some games, a few crafts, lunch, gifts, cake, etc. I'm thinking from 11:00am - 2:00pm. Anyone btdt and have some input? There will be 6 little girls from the neighborhood invited.

OrganicAnn
That sounds about right, but expect is to straggle into 2:30. Activities either take more time or less time than planned. Also it is nice to have a time either at the beginning or the end where the kids just giggle and talk or chase around with one another.
