mum
Could you post your favorite GF pizza crust recipes? i'd like something a bit soft, so many are HARD. Thanks
JessicaLady
Although this is premade and not a recipe, I've really liked the Kinnickinnick frozen pizza crusts. They cook up really nicely. There's two packages/box each w/ 2 crusts (so 4 total) for about $10. I visited my parents over the holiday and made pizzas w/ these and they LOVED it (even after I told them it was GF). Susie in SWVA
I recently made pizza using a Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza crust mix. It was very good - I was surprised! The dough was a bit unusual, but I am a baker (by profession). It was soft and very nice when baked. Susie in SWVA
