Melissa B
I just washed and dried a load of laundry containing a red crayon. :glare: What is the best way to try and salvage this load of clothing?

wapiti
I once did it with purple crayon. On dh's custom shirts :glare:. What worked was several washes and a combination of: Carbona Stain Devil for crayon (from my local grocery) Murphy's Oil Soap Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda Zout Oxyclean stain removal spray Oxyclean stain removal stuff that you add to the load (It required that combination because I had to try just about everything that I had on-hand first . I'd try the Carbona and Arm & Hammer first.)
Melissa B
Nita, Has WD-40 worked for you? I don't want to ruin the clothes further. And I think I would have to go out and buy color-safe bleach (along with the WD-40.) They weren't light or white clothing, mostly blues.
