choirfarm Posted November 28, 2011 Share Posted November 28, 2011 9th grader told me today that he overheard some of the other cc students talking about whether they had done there work for their tutorial. (They have to go in and talk to the teacher in Spanish. She gives them questions to prepare ahead of time.) They talked about how they just used Google translator and they would do it at the last minute. He said that he thought that was the dumbest thing ever. Yeah..it would work on that assignment, but what about the test??? He thought that was really stupid. He is really stressed over Spanish right now. He has a tutorial and regular class on Tues. Then a 4 minute oral report in front of the class on Thursday and then the chapter exam. The next week is their final exam. I'm proud of how hard he is working in this class.
