Ottakee Posted November 11, 2011 Share Posted November 11, 2011 I like the Dove and Plugged In reviews for movies and was wondering if there was something like that for books. I love to download the free books from Amazon for Kindle on my Droid phone but I also want to avoid those with more "adult" material in them. I try to read the reviews on Amazon, see who published it, see what other people who bought that book also bought, etc. but sometimes it isn't enough. I have found some real gems in books that aren't distinctly Christian but then there are others that I don't want to read or have on my phone for kids to stumble across. Is there anything out there like that which won't give away the plot of the book but might note things like language, "adult" themes, violence, explicit scenes, etc.?
