Dizziness upon rising - causes?

Recommended Posts

I know about the low blood pressure issue that is common in early pregnancy. Will low blood sugar do this too? Anything else that I don't know?

I have a bp cuff (dh's) and I don't have low bp. Is there a way at home I can find out the low blood sugar without the diabetes stuff? What about the others? I need to make a appointment for my annual exam anyway but I'd love to know before I go.

I second Quiver....and keep some crackers, have hubby get you some juice, and have some (don't get crumbs in bed! :001_smile:) before you get up in the morning. And move slowly. My ds fainted once for getting up too fast (he had also forgotten to eat dinner the night before - twit!)
