Paintedlady Posted October 14, 2011 Share Posted October 14, 2011 I signed up for the 3G forums and received my sign in information for BrainPop. I got the kids signed up and we used it and the Discovery Streaming a few times, but the kids lost the password (and I forgot to copy it somewhere safe :glare: ) and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get back on. When I go to the BrainPop website it doesn't recognize my email address. I can't find a copy of an email from 3G telling me the password. I'm going in circles! Any ideas? I emailed BrainPop but haven't heard back yet. Maybe I need to email 3G as well? I'm aggravated at myself. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
