Ipsey
Hubby and I bought our first new furniture EVER, in 15 years of marriage. 2 weeks ago. Today, 4-year-old put cuts in chair. I've put him away so I don't eat him. Now, I'm trying, calmly, to figure out what to do. Does anyone have any first-hand experience with at-home upholstery repair kits? Does anyone want a really sweet, but completely incorrigible, 4-year-old? I.
simka2
We could trade. You could have my 9 yr old who decided to walk in the house and take off his muddy boots....on the just shampooed carpets :tongue_smilie:.
WishboneDawn
I have no idea how you'd fix it. :( Our old dog chewed holes in the corners of our couch cushions. I debated eating her as well but decided she's too fatty and the meat would be tough anyway. Thankfully, it being couch cushions, a couple of cheap throws hides the damage. I'm assuming you mean the body though and not just a cushion? I think it would be to tight to sew, even with a good curved needle. I think I'd opt for buying a cover.
