tkdkidsmom
My dd has completed the first 10 lessons and answered the first quiz correctly. It won't allow her to move to the next lesson/map. It just keeps going back to the quiz  Has anyone had this happen? I'm sure there is a simple solution, but I am just not seeing it. laundrycrisis
DS2 hasn't got that far yet, but did you try logging out and then going back in ? His account got stuck on one of the lessons once and that fixed it.
tkdkidsmom
Thanks! That seems to have done the trick.
Samiam
We've been having sporadic problems too, freezing on certain games, not letting them proceed, etc. Bit frustrating, but logging out and back in seems to fix the problem
TracyR
Yes, we had the same problem. Some of the games freezing or not working. Sometimes I'd just refresh the page and that would help, or sometimes I would just log in again.
KristenR
I never got into Reading Eggs. I wanted to like it but I never found it as easy for my kids to navigate as Starfall.

I agree that Reading Eggs isn't as intuitive as Starfall. Even I have had trouble figuring out a few things. And I don't know why a reading program needs to use burping noises for anything. But DS seems to be enjoying it.
