butterfly113
(XPost from Logic Board) Has anyone used the H. A. Guerber books (Story of Ancient World, Story of the Middle Ages, etc) as a spine with Tapestry of Grace? If so, how did this work out for you? Did you like the flow of the storyline and a spine verses sections from various books? Is there a schedule anywhere that lines things up? M&M
The Guerber Books are scheduled under the Alternate Resources in Year 2 and 3. My Year 1 is packed away so I am not sure about that year plan. We used them on occasion instead of This Country of Ours. My logic stage son is not fond of any of these history narrative type books (except SOTW), I think my #3 dd will like them a lot. ETA: I just checked TOG and Story of the Greeks is listed https://www.lampstandbookshelf.com/ZC/index.php?main_page=resources&step=2&year=1&units=all&LD=on&subjects=some&S1=on&type=alternate Edited August 17, 2011 by M&M
