We did! We did! We just did this two weeks ago! Okay, in all fairness, it was totally dh. He used the recipe on this website (scroll down). It's not *my* thing; I prefer red jellies - strawberry, raspberry, etc. My dh thinks it tastes like gummy bears (which he loves) and kids like it. I think it's very sweet. It's not bad. Oh, cut the lemon very small (dh didn't) and try to get as much pith off as you can.

Me! I can watermelon rinds every summer. I've got 2 left-both 50pounders!-calling my name. They are delicious and such a rare treat to share with others.
