He used the recipe on this website (scroll down). It's not *my* thing; I prefer red jellies - strawberry, raspberry, etc. My dh thinks it tastes like gummy bears (which he loves) and kids like it. I think it's very sweet. It's not bad. Oh, cut the lemon very small (dh didn't) and try to get as much pith off as you can. It's the second from the right in the picture.
