Farrar Posted June 27, 2011 Share Posted June 27, 2011 Megabus is pretty good. We've used it to go to NY and back. Try to get there early and get a good seat. I did have one experience that wasn't so great - a small delay and a couple of loud passengers. But really it was on the mild end of the annoying travel spectrum. J-rap Posted June 27, 2011 Share Posted June 27, 2011 My son has ridden it on the east coast, and my daughters have ridden it in the midwest. They all thought it was fine, and the price sure can't be beat. It was clean, double-decker, and had wireless (which sometimes worked and sometimes didn't). Only once did my daughters have to sit in front of someone who was rather loud and swore a lot. The other times their experience was fine.
