Keniki
Here's a link for the order form. It will NOT be for sale on the website or in the catalog and you MUST order by July 1. Edited April 2, 2011 by Keniki
Keniki
I think I have the link fixed. Sorry about that.
Bloggermom
I am SO GLAD they are doing an Algebra program! I was wondering what my kids were going to do after their 800 series.
Melabella
Thank you so much for this, OP. I'd love to hear reviews from any of the beta testers.
Keniki
Thank you so much for this, OP. I'd love to hear reviews from any of the beta testers. We have been helping with the testing. If you have been doing the 800 level, there won't be any surprises. It has been a little less independent for us, but I think it's partly because we skipped the 800 level. It is rigorous. Don't use it if you are looking for an easy algebra course.

Melabella
Thanks, Keniki. We are just starting 705 this week. It takes my dd about two to three weeks to get through a light unit, and we do math year round. So, I expect to start Algebra some time next fall/winter. We're going to do most of the 800 level, but not the consumer math lessons. Can you, or anyone else, compare the rigor or scope and sequence to other algebra texts? Guest
So is it only available this year? I am wondering if I should go ahead and order for mine who won't need it for a few years yet. edited to add: I just read the flyer. I am disappointed it will be a textbook in its final form. One reason we chose CLE was the LightUnit format. Why the change, I wonder? Does this mean they will be developing Sunrise versions of all their upper level math courses? I wonder if they are switching to textbook for high school because it is good for students to learn to work out problems on paper?

The PRELIMINARY version is all that's available at this time. I believe they hope to have the final version done by the following school year.
