kortney in AL
Purchase honey from a beekeeper in your area. Try to eat at least one tablespoon a day somewhere in your diet. (on toast, etc.) Since the honey is made from pollan where you live, and then eaten by you, it helps to build up resistance to certain outdoor allergies. Lisa in Jax
Michele, To reduce histamine, consider Vitamin C, magnesium, and/or calcium. It may help to take zinc, too. Avoid folic acid and excess copper if you can (if you're ttc or pg, folic shouldn't be skipped). We use a "cold and sinus" homeopathic remedy for sinus pain/stuffiness that we like. It's especially helpful for runny nose, sinus pressure and headaches. If you'd like the brand name, let me know. HIH, Lisa
