Photo Ninja Posted March 23, 2011 Share Posted March 23, 2011 I just made up a one page Excel spreadsheet with child's name and other info at the top, school name, address, etc. Then I had the 4 years of high school with the title 9th Grade, then first semester on the left half of the paper and second semester on the right, with the course names, number of credits and course grade listed beneath the title. At the bottom of each of those columns the credits totaled and the GPA was computer. I skipped a row, then repeated it for 10th, 11th and 12th grades. It is very easy to put together and Excel does all the math as I went along. I then copied it and changed the formulas so I had one weighted transcript and one unweighted transcript because different schools wanted the transcript differently.
