It was advertised for college dorms and putting up posters. It's not ticky tack, but more like a long strip that is always sticky, but doesn't hurt the wall or the object you are sticking to the wall. I remember blue being the color, but there might be other colors too. Does anyone know what I am speaking of? If you have other hints, I'm all :bigear:. Oh well, I found it! It is Cling Thing display strip.
