momchiroto2
I am preparing for K with my son. I am interested in the Singapore Math, however I am not sure which one I am supposed to start with, the Elemental or the Earlybird? What is the difference between the two? Do I pick one? Thank you Shahnaz
twoxcell
I personally like the Essential math K a/b. These books are more similar to Singapore PM US Ed than the new Earlybird math. Essentials math is also an excellent value as there is no need for a teachers manual.

Spy Car
We used Earlybird. It was OK, but if I had a "do over" I would do the Essential (which I've only seen in samples so it would be a gamble). I still think Miquon serves as a better introduction to Singapore Math for Pre-k and K children than EB. Way better!
