jlmom
I've seen in some blogs various ways that you keep track of chores. If you have some sort of visual reminder for your kids, could I see them? I'm trying to get organized--sort of a late New Year's Resolution! Plus, I just bought a laminator that I'm eager to use!! Thanks!
DarcyB
Mine's here with the explanation of how it works for us and a downloadable template to do your own if you have a photo editing program that can do layers. http://aslansavz.wordpress.com/2010/03/18/how-we-do-chores-or-better-how-my-kids-do-them/ Then long ago, when we were first doing charts, I did these for them:

littlebug42
If anyone is interested in using an online system for kid motivation, my kids love http://www.handipoints.com. As parents, you make out their chore lists (which are printable) and they earn online points for accomplishing them. You can also take away points for poor behavior etc. The kids can use the points to get clothes etc for their online cool cats. My girls really enjoy it. tuckabella
www.confessionsofahomeschooler.blogspot.com has a couple of them. One is meant for preschoolers and another for kids that are older and can handle more. I am thinking of doing these with my kids. I believe she has free downloads for the parts, you just might need something to put the pieces in.
