Pink Fairy
I want my kids to repeat a chapter in their TT7 book. Does anyone know if you can reset the program so that they can do all of the problems again? Right now they can watch the lectures but can't do the problems (the answers show as already completed). I'd rather not uninstall/reinstall the program, but I will if that's the only way.
NanceXToo
I'm really not sure- you could maybe install it on a second computer, or call TT and ask them about it. Do you have the workbook? Maybe you can write it out or photocopy it and they can watch the lecture and then do the problems on paper instead of on the computer? jina
Pretty sure you can just sign on as the parent and go into the gradebook. Once you are in there, you can edit or delete individual problems within the lesson. You may be able to delete the entire lesson from the main page of the gradebook...but you can at least delete each of the problems once you open up that lesson. You have to be signed on as the parent, though.
Mom2Tess&Gus
I have done this as described above. You CAN delete the whole lesson from the gradebook page where it shows the total correct for the lesson. Right next to the lesson number there is a little "D" for delete. Hit that and you're all set to redo the lesson.
woolybear
Yes. You have to go to the sign in page and sign in as the parent. Then go to the gradebook of the student you want to be able to redo the lesson. Right next to each lesson there is a D, for delete. Just click on the D and their work is erased.
