mooooom
I've been saving up to buy dh some no iron shirts (I'm the one that irons them). He likes the cloth oxford kind - I know LL Bean has them for around $30 - does anyone have them cheaper? Thanks
JZMom
DH loves his from JCP. They are almost always on sale, and often, there's a coupon available.
thescrappyhomeschooler
Dh has some of these, and even when I snatch them out of the dryer right away, I still have to iron them a little. It's not as bad as a regular shirt, but I think they kind of mislead people with the no ironing claim.
Cinder
My dh has these shirts and they're holding up well. I wash them on perma press cold and dry them on perma press medium. I only let them tumble about 5 mins then shake them out and hang them. If your dh needs his shirts to have sharp creases then no, these shirts don't do that. But if he can get by without then these shirts will do it.
Susan C.
Try this with the shirts you have, a friend shared this many years ago and it works. Dry the shirts for a minute or two, then remove them hot and wet and hang to dry. Pretty close to ironed when they dry if you put them on the hanger straight and smooth out collars and fronts. You may need hangers that don't leave a lump at the shoulder as well.
