yellowperch
As in, what would be the better approach to serving 9people leftovers? Nuking plate after plate? Warming in the oven? Adding a little chicken broth to roasting pan full of meat to keep it from drying? My priority is efficiency but taste is a close second. Most of the kids don't like gravy so dryness is an issue. Thanks

Mabeline
I would just throw it into a pan with chicken broth and heat it on the stovetop.
Beach Mom
I place it on aluminum foil, drizzle with broth, wrap tightly and place it in the oven for about 10 minutes. The wrapping combined with the broth keeps it moist. I put the package on a cookie sheet in case it leaks.
yellowperch
Just in time Beach mom--in it goes. There is less than I thought. Looks like people have been nibbling. Just curious: what beach?
