Combining TOG and Omnibus

Recommended Posts

think TOG and Omnibus together might be overwhelming for a student. I've honestly never tried, but we've done part of Omnibus and have found it to be plenty all by itself.

Hopefully someone else who has tried to combine the two would be able to comment. It just seems like TOG is already a very complete program, and so is Omnibus.

Wasn't someone doing this? How did you do this? I would guess TOG mostly for History and Omnibus for Lit/Theology? Which year plan and Omnibus volume have you combined?

thanks in advance

Carolyn

Karenciavo did this. Maybe she'll link an earlier post about how she combined them. She combined Omnibus I with TOG and took 2 years to go through it, I think. And yes, she like TOG for history and Omnibus for Lit/Theology. This was TOG classic, which she felt was lacking in the lit department.
