But I know I am not going to be able to eat eggs for breakfast every.single.morning for 2 weeks straight. :tongue_smilie: I need more ideas! Matryoshka Posted October 25, 2010 Share Posted October 25, 2010 I admit, when I do phase one I make a double batch of those omelette "muffins" that you can freeze and defrost - that will usually last me the whole two weeks of phase 1.
