He liked PtP much, much better and wants me to take our 2 oldest again using the PtP stuff. But, I'll be using it this year with our 4th (a girl) who will be 12 in June. my how time flies..... While we've already discussed menstruation and hormones and body changing...we haven't even broached the topic of "s*x" and all the details. She is so NOT into boys or anything that most "tweens" are, except for the poster of Troy from HSM in her room and listening to some Hannah Montana and HSM cd's. You want to catch them before they enter puberty, because they say it is easier to talk to your child about it at the earlier ages. It is a great program. My dd really enjoyed it. battlemaiden Posted April 18, 2008 Share Posted April 18, 2008 Dh did PTP with our oldest- they had a great time. He was a real turkey about this "first" talk. Now dh feels confident to have the future talks without so much staging and scripting. I guess it gave him confidence. I can't compare it to the other program though.
