abbeyej
I've ordered from Better World Books several times lately and had good experiences. They offer new and used (frequently former library books) at decent discounts with free shipping. I've found their descriptions of book condition to be accurate, and it's a convenient way for me to buy a box full of used books for school all at once. The 4-for-$10 deal is pretty good, and after you click on the sale books, you can narrow down (children>fiction>history>time period, for example, if you want to look for supplementary historical fiction for the time period you're studying this year), or go for "classics" and find a bunch of Newbery winners, etc... I've also found some OOP titles I had trouble finding elsewhere. Proceeds go to benefit various children's literacy charities. http://www.betterworldbooks.com/
RoughCollie
I've ordered from them many times, with never a problem. I like British and Australian authors whose books are hard to find here, and BWB frequently has them.
Liza Q
OH!!!! Thank you so much - just ordered 8 books for $20.
gingersmom
I love Better World Books. You can also get free shipping. The only thing I don't like is that my books take about 2 weeks to arrive. I have been spoiled by Amazon prime.
abbeyej
BTW, you don't have to order multiples of 4. The discount applies to any number of books beyond the first four.

Same here. ;) It's hard to get over my, "What?!? You want me to WAIT for my books?!?" But I've also found things at BWB that I can't get at Amazon. :)
