Does anyone have Charter Cable?

Well, after a big move I am finally able to use my internet. For now anyway. I have Charter Cable and have had several issues just getting all of my services set up and able to operate. I have only been here for about five days now, but have had at least five service calls already. Is there anyone else who uses Charter? If so what is your opinion of them? I'm a bit worried having so many issues this early. To my understanding they have a contract in this area, so they are my only option :001_huh:.

We have Charter and love them. Our biggest concern is being able to get through to a local person when we call. Once you get everything established, it should go smoothly.

We have charter and I don't care for them at all. I've had some weird customer service and installation issues. Once everything is established, however, it's fine as long as I don't have to talk to customer service.

They are our only option too. We have a rough time getting things going - does anyone know what to do? Seems like each person only knew 1 thing.... Anyhow, been here for almost a year now and once we had the initial kinks ironed out, the service has been ok. Much more $$$ than we were paying before though for roughly the same stuff :glare:

We've had a little trouble with ours too...but they were better than AT&T..lol.
