Follow the instructions/inspiration. Once you're ready for more explanation/ willing to sign your 1stborn child over in gratitude, instead, order Writer's Jungle. It's nothing but instructions/inspiration/ideas for *you*--not your dc exactly--but that's really what I needed. Full disclaimer: I haven't read past the WJ intro yet. Well, I have, but I was being climbed on by littles every time I tried. And then I was filing.
