But I made my own tortillas (forgot to buy them at the store today) and they were small, so they turned into "soft tacos" LOL Avocado and tomato, but no pico de gallo or black beans. I don't do dessert on weeknights, generally but would love to know what honey peaches are :) Sliced fresh peaches lightly sauteed in a little butter and drizzled with honey. Sometimes I sprinkle a little cinnamon on them too. And if I'm really getting fancy I make whipped cream to go on top. ;) How do you make tortillas? Ds loves them and we go through a ton! Well, these were a bit of a failure, I was trying making corn tortillas today ... I've actually succeeded at Whole Wheat tortillas in the past.
