Lightly Salted
They're delicious! I like them with olive oil and garlic salt, and sometimes red pepper flakes. Or with parmesan cheese. Or with garlic and bell pepper slices spread among them. Really yummy - now I need some! :)
Peela
I just made some in my dehydrator today! Yum!
Guest Virginia Dawn
Kale dries to a crisp very quickly. I made some last year and I wasn't terribly thrilled. They are very filling and turn chewy in your mouth. But that is probably a good thing.
Britomart
I've made them with a different recipe. We really liked them! But be careful not to burn them. If they're the slightest bit burned they turn horribly, horribly bitter, and they burn very quickly! I've had the best luck when I keep checking them every few minutes. Personally, I really like the juxtaposition of the chewy stems and crunchy leaves.
TXMary2
I just made my first batch. I used way too much sea salt. Aside from being too salty, they are tasty! I think I can bake them for 8 minutes rather than 10. My only complaint is I can't make very many at once on my pampered chef stone.
