Nestof3
Have your children ever had migraines from playing video games? Ben has been allowed to play on the computer. He always plays alone (obviously). I think one time, he got a migraine (headache, sensitivity to light and noise, vomitted once), and that was because Aaron let him play far too long when he was in his care. Aaron brought out his old Nintendo 64 and racing games (Mario Kart, etc). Ben has played on his own. No migraine. When he plays with Aaron, he becomes very upset because Aaron is so much better. Ben gets very competitive. He has had two migraine episodes that way. Nathan and I went to the library, and when we came home, Ben was lying on the sofa. He had a headache, so I game him ibuprofen. He lay down on my bed, so I carried him to the bathroom to get him ready for bed b/c I figured he'd fall asleep. He vomitted. Has this happend to any of your children? Rosie_0801
No but screen flickering has triggered off Dh's epilepsy on one occasion. The same thing triggering a migraine doesn't seem at all far fetched. Rosie
