kilo90
We've lived overseas for 3 years and are in the process of moving to Virginia. Anyone know if I have to submit test scores prior to our first year of homeschooling in the state? I just figured that we would be required to submit them after we had been there for a school year. Thanks for the help- Gloria
VaKim
No, you do not have to submit test scores before starting. Only your notice of intent. See this link for VA homeschool law. http://www.heav.org/law.html
Blessedfamily
You submit them at the end of your homeschooling year here. Welcome!

kilo90
Thank you so much for the replies! Just wanted to be certain and not be "blindsided" when I submitted my NOI! :) Gloria
