Vinyl laminate tile floors-- How do you clean them?

This group of people is so knowledgeable(sp?), I just have to ask:

 

Our church has recently moved into a new buiding. The educational division is upstairs and has what I think is vinyl tile laminate, not a wood grain though.

 

Does anyone have experience with cleaning these types of floors and making them look nice without constant upkeep?

 

What cleaner to use, what to apply it with. Preferably no rinsing.

 

I appreciate any help.

Is it *tile,* or is it *laminate*?

 

You should just be able to use something like Mr. Clean or PineSol (although personally, I think PineSol smells nasty:tongue_smilie: but lots of people like it).

You clean them like any other vinyl flooring except it's important not to over-wet and certainly not to leave water on them. You don't want liquid under those tiles. I just sweep and then mop. I like my steam mop but I'm not sure that's the way to go for a church situation.
