BritAnnia Posted March 29, 2008 Share Posted March 29, 2008 We moved the majority of our household items to the UK 14 years ago and it cost around $7,000. We did not have a huge amount of furniture or other possessions at the time, and obviously, due to the differences in electrical current, we took no appliances with us. We moved everything back stateside 8 months later and it was slightly cheaper because all our 'stuff' was still packed and crated.
