I went to Frank Schaffer site, and THIS is all I found. Aparently, FS and School Specialty Publishing has merged and they're no longer selling the FS ebooks, as far as I can tell..... I am also astonished (and annoyed) at how quickly these books go out of print. We've just been hunting for a timeline book recommended in WTM, and it's already OOP. The latest WTM just came out last year! For outlining, we used this book in 5th grade. It doesn't cover notetaking, but it does a good job for outlining. Outlining Grades 5-8 I am not sure why SWB changed her outlining recommendation in the 2009 edition, but it's no longer available. The one recommended in the 2004 WTM is.
