LizzyBee Posted January 5, 2010 Share Posted January 5, 2010 My niece's house burned down today and they lost everything. She was home with her kids who are both under 2 yo. No-one was hurt, but the ambulance was called to check the boys. My sil just about lost it when she got there and saw her grandbabies in the back of the ambulance. My brother was nearby and had a scanner with him, so he was one of the first people on the scene. He's a fireman, but didn't have any gear with him, but it was probably more important that he was just there. Thanks for your prayers.
