Sharing a diet/lifestyle change resource........

A lot of terrific, free, resources are available on the site. I picked up the book for pennies at Half Price Books.

 

The diet quiz was spot on for me (I need protein. Knew that!)

 

A bonus is that these resources are useful for ANY diet plan from low carb to weight watchers to meal replacement shakes.

 

100 Days of Weight Loss.

 

This will especially appeal to those of us who are, um, enamored with (I prefer enamored to addicted) planners. ;)
