Ginevra
What I want is something, either a device or a software program, that I can input homemade recipes in and have the thing give me calories, fat, etc. Is there anything like that? I'm trying to keep track of what I eat better, because I need to drop a few pounds, but it is impossible with food I make.
usetoschool
I have a program called Weight by Date Pro. It lets you do exactly that. Not free though...
Lisa in Jax
It's a free weight-loss website that has a nutrition tracker. You enter the ingredients, and it calculates the calories, etc. I'm not sure if it will have every ingredient, but it's worth a try. Julie in CA
Actually, you need Sparkrecipes.com! You can input every ingredient in a recipe, how many servings the recipe makes, and it will spit out the nutrition information per serving. Oh, and it's free! My dad has lost about 30+ lbs... and his friend way over 50.... Carrie
Ginevra
Hey, I will have to try Sparkrecipes.com!!! Thanks! I downloaded a free trial version of Weight by Date last night. That is prettty great, but if there is something like it free, obviously that would be better. I don't have an iPhone, so no, that wouldn't be for me... :(
