I may not be able to use MFW because of cost issues, so I am looking for alternatives, and ways to use what I already have, or is inexpensive to get. It is not set up strictly chronologically, and for some reason, I can't seem to coordinate it the way I want (haven't tried extremely hard to do that, but it's a bit of a pia so I am feeling crabby about it). I do like it a lot, but it's a ton of reading for a short amount of "time period," imo. I am thinking I might use it for logic stage instead (I'm just doing SOTW 3 in 4th grade right now, but I see you have logic stagers). For me right now, I may take little excerpts, but most of our Am Hist supplementation will be in the form of historical fiction. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
