LauraGB Posted December 18, 2009 Share Posted December 18, 2009 I just rec'd a recorded phone call from a Dr at one of our local hospitals stating that they have no record of our family recieving the H1N1 vax and "strongly urging" us to come down asap to get vaxed. I was to "stay on the line to schedule my appt". It was from the hospital - not our clinic. And the dr wasn't our family dr. Is that weird? But the idea of someone outside of your family dr. keeping a list of which families have or haven't received the vax and then making calls doesn't sit right with me. Ahh. I'll bet that's it; we have an Adult Family Home, so its possible that's why they called. But wait - all those guys rec'd thier vax already. She was calling around telling everyone she new. We have a very small county and she is a member of one of the "leading families."
