Crissy
I haven't nailed down the specifics, but I am working on changing my eating and exercising habits. I'll turn 40 late in June, so I thought the six months between now and then will be a good amount of time to build new and better habits. Daisy
1. I'm going to the doctor and getting a physical for the first time in eight years even though I'm embarrassed about my weight. 2. Once I finish that, I'm starting a diet tailored to my current state of health. 3. I'm moving my butt every day. (Actually I've already started this). 4. I'm giving up diet soda & drinking WATER. runninmommy
To be more disciplined spiritually, with homeschool, and with my attitude. To read the entire bible next year. To not be so hard on myself. To set reasonable expectations. To be a better friend. To not care so much about what other people think about me, my choices, my life, my intelligence or my accomplishments.

Daisy
Thanks Crissy. I needed that. Three weeks until D-day and I'm already nervous. LOL. Crazy.
Melinda in VT
I'm playing with a 20-10 idea. For 20 days every month, I will spend 5 minutes in silent meditation/listening prayer and 5 minutes lifting weights or doing core exercises. I know it seems like pathetically little time, but I keep putting of these two areas, so I'm trying to make the initial steps so easy that I have no excuse. I need to buy stickers so I can keep track of my days on the calendar.
SonshineLearner
I need to: Be more diligent in schooling my children. Read through the Bible, try to apply to my life. Fix breakfast at least a few times a week. Have something for dinner each night. Be less selfish with my time. Practice "being with" and "playing with" my children. Try to "serve" my husband.
