Pumpkin Knot Rolls...is this okay?

I had used a portion of a can of pumpkin at Thanksgiving to make a pumpkin cheesecake. I froze the rest of the pumpkin and want to use it for pumpkin knot rolls. I took is out of the freezer on Saturday to defrost and use today. It's very liquidy. I'm sure I can still ust it...but, I just want to make sure. Will it change the rolls in any way? I assume not. ??
