Holly in FL Posted December 14, 2009 Share Posted December 14, 2009 I had used a portion of a can of pumpkin at Thanksgiving to make a pumpkin cheesecake. I froze the rest of the pumpkin and want to use it for pumpkin knot rolls. I took is out of the freezer on Saturday to defrost and use today. It's very liquidy.
