rookie
I have a 3 lb. turkey breast in the fridge that I would like to make for supper. What's the best way to cook it so that it is not dry and tastes like something? Thanks.
Stacie
I use the crockpot, but depending on where you live you may not have time for that. How about a covered baking dish in the oven with one to two cups of stock?
Rosie_0801
Or poach it. The stock can be used to make a nice sauce or saved for soup. Rosie
tdeveson
Put the turkey breast the crockpot. Drape it with lots of bacon slices. Turn it on high for four hours. If you're feeling industrious, you can make gravy with the drippings and it will be amazing.
