kmacnchs
I am wondering if anyone has this issue and if so, how you remedied it... Ever since having my 3rd child, I will randomly pull my stomach muscles and I never know what to do. It hurts when I sneeze (which I do often), laugh, or twist wrong. It is a sharp pain and then intense heat that spreads from the site all over my stomach. I assume it is from having 3 kids fairly close together - my stomach rips (no pretty stomach here) - it is disgusting! I lose all the weight but I just have an apron of stomach - it never tightens up. I know this is TMI but I just want to describe what is happening and hopefully someone will say "oh, that's why" and let me know :) Thanks in advance! MommyX8
I get that but it is right under my ribcage. I figure that it is a muscle that twists. It makes me stop whatever I am doing. But usually after 10 seconds it relaxes. It has done that since at least 4 kids ago.
kmacnchs
It is my lower left quadrant (right under my belt)...if it's just something I have to deal with, that's fine but if there is something that can be done, I am willing to do whatever exercise ya know? I'm only 27 - I'd hate for my muscles to be messing up this early in life...
kmacnchs
Really? No one else has this issue? I figured someone had btdt and could give sage advice...
Emmy
It sounds like your abdominal muscles did not come back together and heal correctly. I'm pretty sure a tummy tuck would correct it but I'm not sure what else can be done about it. I had my first 3 kids in 3 1/2 years and it wreaked havoc on my abdominal wall as well.
