If you're pretty savy on teaching a foreign language, no. You'll have to drill on vocabulary and the declensions to some extent every day, reaching back to previous material. Some days you'll be reading the discussion and working mostly on new vocabulary, some days you'll be just doing written exercises. Most days you'll just cover a partial page in the main text if you are using it with a logic-stage child.

 

I probably could have done without it, but using the Memoria one does help me partition the work somewhat evenly through the week.

The Memoria Press guides helped me to get started this year. From them, I figured out a general study pattern and I use my own pattern now, with help from the guide.
