Since it's the end of the first quarter and most of the major curriculum purchases have been made and the money mostly spent for the year, I'm wondering how much I could get out of just buying the Seminar Workbook or if The DVDs are the real meat of the program. I have a sixth grader.

Any input?

I have this program and recently sat down to go through the program myself. I wouldn't do it without the DVDs- one would not get nearly as much out of the program without them. If money is an issue, I'd try to find a used copy, library copy, or borrow a friend's to see if it's even a good fit for your dc.
