DawnM
This is a long shot, but we can't find the info we need! We have made 4 phone calls and STILL can't find out: If you have one, can you tell me what your plug is? Is it a 12 volt? 9 volt? 6 volt????? We need a new plug and there is NO INFO out there. It isn't even in the manual! It just says, "plug in your medalist....." Thank you! Dawn
Satori
I worked for Nordictrack for a few years way back in the 90's, but I'm sorry, I'd never heard of that model. I didn't know you could plug them in!
DawnM
Thanks Angela. This is the ONLY model you plug in!!!! It controls the computer and the incline. This is one of the 3 plus models that they came out with right before they went bankrupt. I can use it without it, but it would be nice to have. Kim in Appalachia
just an idea, but do you know an electrician who could look at it? Maybe an electrician would be able to tell what kind of plug it needs.
DawnM
I don't know an electrician. DH's dad was one but he passed away a few years ago. I have emailed a guy selling one on ebay.....maybe he can tell me. Dawn
