Tap
I baked a couple of whole chickens that were 2 days past the sell by date. They were stored very cold in our fridge and I brought home from the store almost frozen solid. I always check my temp on chicken so I know it was cooked to 180 degrees. Both birds smelled fresh when cooked. How long would you say the cooked chicken has, after being baked, to be eaten?

Dirtroad
My rule of thumb is about 1 week for anything cooked. Can you freeze some of it & use later or do you have to eat it all now? Remember... proper cooking kills bacteria and you should be fine.
