We have no tvs in bedrooms. It effects sleep. For me and our family bedrooms are for sleeping. When our dd has quiet time we bring in her cd player to listen to stories. Our house is small but we do all technology out of bed rooms.

We have used Kinderbah for piano with a keyboard at home and then story of the orchestra to study instruments and composers and then just listening to quailty music of different generations. I try to find as many free and cheap places to listen to all kinds of different music. We also are lucky to have a church that does music and have a great co op that when she is in second grade that does choir.

Sounds like the alternator to me I have had two go out on two different cars. I would call a garage and ask if they can test after going to another auto zone and getting their numbers. Good luck

This is my daughter. She went thru a battery of test. She has LOTS of food allergies. She also had stool issues. She is six now still tiny but thriving. We didnt do gf until recently and she has grown some. The allergist would not test her for allergies till she was well over a year due to too many false positive and negatives. We ended up cutting corn soy dairy and now gluten. Stools are improving and I am sure we will make it on to the growth chart in the "normal" range soon!
Did you replace your dishes utinsels ect when you went gf? is there still gluten in the house? Is it in any of the other products that you are using lotion shampoo paint glue play dough drinks? There are lots of hidden sources of gluten

Do know the story of her life? What was her birth family like? It could be ADD it could eye sight it could be normal it could be poor sleep. Long term lack of good food. Not knowing her history it makes it really hard there are just so many variables.

- How long will it take to thaw my turkey? We recommend thawing your turkey in the refrigerator in its original wrapping. Place it on a shallow tray on the bottom shelf and allow 1 day for every 4 pounds of turkey. If you don’t have time to thaw in the refrigerator, use the cold water method – completely submerge the turkey, breast side down, in cold water. Change the water every 30 minutes to hasten thawing and allow about 30 minutes per pound of turkey. Some general thawing time guidelines are as follows: Size (lb.) Refrigerator (days.) Cold Water (hrs.) 8 to 12 2 to 3 4 to 6 12 to 16 3 to 4 6 to 8 16 to 20 4 to 5 8 to 10 20 to 24 5 to 6 10 to 12 24 to 30 6 to 7 12 to 15 Get some tips from our turkey experts. I would rule out sleep apnea then the change of diet and add caffine. Some kids seem to have add because they are not getting enough sleep even those that are in bed for 10 to 12 hrs

As much as humanly possible keep the night schedule.
I work 3 nights a week and don't get much time to eat so I keep protien bars nuts what ever. Around.
I am lesson planning cooking ahead whatever I can clean house do laundry. Everyone sleeps with a sound machine so it doesn't bug them. I also watch tv catch up on tv shows.
I also have a hubby who can't drive and a sick mom who. I help tale care of. On the days I need to take care of them I sleep in as long as I can and nap when I can.

For the last few years we have done big birthdays. We did friends a gymnastic class and then cleared the living room and dining room and did a ballet class. This year we said there is just too much going on for a big party so what we are going to do is for your bday you are incharge you pick the activies for the day. So today we did mini golf a long walk down a nature trail played tennis till mommy could not breathe and had lunch and dinner where the birthday child wanted and played five dollars worth of video games and it has been declared that this is the birthday EVER. that all kids should get days where they declare all the shots and they would never want another a party ever only family time with momma dadda and grandma (and if pappa can go too that would be cool)
yeah as mommy was feeling bad that we just could not figure out a time for a party or the money for what she was wanting!!

Those that have or do currently life in this type of area how do you fix it?
Last night three girls and one boy were arrested breaking in to a home on the first night of the curfew run? Parents for what ever the reason are not always stepping up. How do you fix??? I live not to far away from there and the bad element is moving in to my area. This is not a color issure (blue red or black white it very much is a mind set from my experience). What are real world ways to go in and fix the are and those surrounding it so that people can safely walk outside and play or mow the grass? This is an honest question as I really dont know the answer but my future depends on it! :bigear:

i was naturally 5'6" and 104lbs when i go pregnant with my daughter. I did not exercises a lot or watch what I ate. At the time I soo used the SAD diet but was "monitored" by friends and family that thought I was starving myself or making myself sick. I wasnt.
In general do you think she has a healthy self image or is she trying to keep fit for what ever sport she plays at home? Or is she trying to be an American model? Is she eating enough that you see?
