I like the "like" button too... I also like getting a "like" :001_smile:
What about quoting AND Getting a like
-
me too!

I would like to state on record that I do not buy cereal. However I love it and wish I could eat one hundred pounds of Lucky Charms marshmallows and peanut butter Captain Crunch
-
And eating cupcakes while your kids are doing schoolwork is a bad thing because.......... :leaving:
Actually I prefer to eat my cupcakes AND surf the net in the other room while waiting for my kids to finish their work - because if I'm in the same room as them they all want to share :drool5:
This is breakfast people. You don't eat cupcakes for breakfast. You eat frosted muffins
-
The willingness you have for stretching the boundaries of normal time management is beginning to awe me.
Yeah at first I was kinda going with partially crazy but now that I read more I'm sure of it. As a former figure skater and a mother who drug me out of bed every morning at 4 am you HAVE to be a bit nutty to put up with that
OP you sound like a dear.
Next time he pulls that tell him he has to pay you back for your time and your rate is $1000 an hour
-
We donated. Really, you have to pay to move that stuff. I would only pack a very small amount if you have pricey things and they are not heavy. But cans and things are not worth it
-
I had to try it once and no one else new there were beans in it. The look on their faces LOL. SO many people like them though and say you can't taste the bean
-
I think they are nasty but I don't see why you can't blend the beans in a normal blender.
-
I still say you should make granola instead. It takes very little time and can be eaten like cereal. And it doesn't get soggy.
-
I don't love my family enough to spend 4 hrs making cereal.
And you don't make your husband breakfast either.
Mmmmmm waffles. Now those sound good. With gobs of butter and maple syrup. If my kids eat cold cereal they are hungry withing 5 minutes.

NO one's being unfriendly. I hate that you have to start a post with "I don't mean this in an unloving way because mooshy mooshy mooshy....."
I think we are actually curious why LOL.
-
club and drag him?
I hate going to movies (bag over head)
DH refers to them as my $10 nap.
-
I do if he wants it. He usually sheepishly asks me for something and then thanks me a million times and tells me how awesomely glorious I am. It makes me like to get him things LOL. He works from home most of the time and doesn't usually have breakfast, just a couple lattes.
I am making food a great portion of my life.
-
I would make a potato gratin and just mix the two.
-
Not for anything, but if you're spending 4 hours making your own cereal, it's costing you a lot more in time and effort than the "arm and a leg" you'd pay for packaged cold cereal. Your time is worth money, too, and spending 4 hours of it to make some cereal doesn't seem like a money-saver (or a great use of your time) to me.
Sorry to sound so critical, but I'm just not understanding the rationale behind this.
That's what I was thinking. And it doesn't look that good either. One recipe called for a mix of flour and water to be baked. Not saying that is what she's making, but ick
-
Why don't you just make granola.
-
Well you could mix an egg and some sugar in it, bake it and call it baked oatmeal.
-
How do you spend 4 hours making cereal?
-
That is horrifying. I have no idea but that poor little girl. What kind of young childhood is she having.

Potatoes were definitely one of my downfalls. I do LOVE potatoes. But, it'll be a year in February since I last had one.
Do you have any trouble getting back to the lchf woe after you've eaten carbs? That's a huge fear of mine, that I wouldn't be able to get back on track because of the cravings that would come back.
Also, this weekend I'm trying several new-to-me cookie recipes in the hopes of finding one or two that would appeal to non-lowcarbers for a cookie exchange. So far, I'm disappointed. I want a really wow recipe and am just not finding what I'm looking for. I did find one recipe that I like a lot, but the cookies are too fragile for an exchange. The original recipe called for wheat flour and I subbed almond four. I'm wondering if subbing coconut flour instead might work.
No I don't have a problem. I'm about 80/20 with being good vs not. I work out heavy and that keeps things steady for me. I don't have any health problems or food intolerances besides dairy so that probably plays a factor.
That and I'm not LC like some. I eat loads of veggies, some fruit, and I do eat lentils

It's only $199 now. A pittance! LOL
I bought it during a pity party on my birthday in 2011. DH was gone (for yet another one...it was several years running at that point) and I decided to treat myself.
Well that is always a reason to by yourself a gift!
I want this in a really bad way:
-
I almost bought this. I really want it but at $250 I decided to wait. I LOVE this though
-
:grouphug:
It is really hard sometimes. Hug your family tight and know you are loved.

If you want a punchy color you can't beet BM Aura.
I almost exlusively use Sherwin William's Home Duration in Satin. It is scrubbable and not as shiny as some other satins. The only paint I absolutely can't stand is Lowes Valspar. it is very drippy and runny. It is the messiest paint ever. For boxtore paint Home depots Behr is decent.
SW did color match BM's Jicama for me. It is so exact that I actually spot painted over some nail holes on a wall I had painted with BM in the same color.

I run but I hate it so I'm not much help LOL
I run out of vanity, because I like my current size and it doesn't take very long. That's all I got
I did sprints a few days ago.
